I couldn’t have enjoyed being a Goodwood House Wedding Photographer any more. I travel all over the country to photograph weddings, but after one very long drive, and a nights stay at local West Sussex hotel, Christina & Jonny’s day was incredible. Here are just some of the images captured from their super sunny day near the south coast. Are you getting married at Goodwood House? Or any other venue, I would love to hear from you.
Natural & Unposed Wedding Photos from Goodwood House
Once owned by the Duke and Duchess of Richmond, this ideally English Country House everything you could wish for your wedding, and the photos. As you drive up towards the building through the majestic parkland, the mansion certainly has that wow-factor. The recent popularity of Downton Abbey has grew the popularity to host special days at such venues. Set near the gorgeous South Downs National Park, there are not many other venues that have such photographic opportunities. A professional wedding photographer at Goodwood House is spoilt for choice in the compositions that can be framed and created. The backdrop is the best there is.
Enjoy the photographs below, the highlights of one great day. Congrats to Christina and Jonny on their marriage.

Goodwood House is one of Sussex’s Premier Wedding Locations
Goodwood House is one of the most luxury and wanted wedding venues in all of the UK. Located near Chichester and also the home of The Festival of Speed (FOS), the in-house events team will be there to help every bride and grooms needs. Goodwood House has some of the best features you can image for your day – the regency state apartments, french tapestries and the ancient cedar tree lined drive leading up to the house. Accommodation can also be offered for your wedding guests with plenty of over night places to stay.
The Yellow Drawing Room is Perfect For Your Wedding Ceremony
Christina and Jonny both got ready at the nearby Goodwood Hotel. They then headed over to Goodwood House which was built in 1600. It is now a Grade 1 listed building and very much part of the heritage of the surrounding area. The happy couple had grand floral displays all over the mansion. Looking out through he huge sash windows at the front of the house overlooking the famous Goodwood Cricket Club. In the entrance you have the huge chandelier before the ceremony room to the right which I believe is called the Yellow Drawing Room. I’m not sure why, maybe because it is so yellow? The evening reception and party is held in the ballroom. Wedding photography at Goodwood House is something to behold, and something I very much enjoyed.
