Wow, what a fantastic Whalley Abbey wedding! Jenny and Chris first got married at their local church near St Helen’s and then made the trip up the M6 to Whalley Abbey in the Ribble Valley. The transport for the day – a VW Campervan. The camper didn’t quite make it to the Abbey leaving Jenny and Chris on the hard shoulder of the M6 flagging down passing guests (!!!) but it was all joked about once they safely got to the Abbey. Scroll down and take a look at Jenny’s amazing wedding shoes – a must see! Whalley Abbey is the perfect location to have you wedding because the inside spaces are just as beautiful as the outside. The breakfast room has so much character which you will see in the photos below. Lucky the weather was incredible for Jenny and Chris’ Whalley Abbey wedding as you can see. In the evening the sun was shining brightly allowing me to create some lovely back lit photographs. After the first dance whilst it was getting dark we headed outside to make use of the sun setting in the distance.
What a stunning day. As always I thoroughly enjoyed myself from the start to the finish. I’m now looking forward to my next Whalley Abbey wedding. To Jenny and Chris, a massive congratulations again to you both. I’m please you love the album design, it is being sent to be hand made soon.
