Dovecliff Hall Hotel Wedding Photographer – 50 Photos
I was absolutely delighted that Sarah & Rob asked me to travel down from Manchester to be their Dovecliff Hall Hotel wedding photographer and what a beautiful day it turned out to be. The weather in early summer is generally good but it threatened to rain all morning, but the day ended with the most gorgeous sunset which you can see above. Here is a just 50 photos from the hundreds of photos they got, giving you just a flavour of their wedding day.
Sarah got ready at her and Rob’s home with her bridesmaids with the super talented Hayley Bennett and Claire Elizabeth on hair and make-up respectively. I then travelled over to St. Peter’s Church in Chellaston about 30 minutes before the ceremony began and to capture Rob and his groomsmen. After the ceremony and celebrations, it was time for confetti and then into the cars (provided by Derby Wedding Cars) to Dovecliff Hall Hotel for their wedding reception. This was my first time as a Dovecliff Hall Hotel wedding photographer and I absolutely loved being at this wedding venue and enjoying the day with Sarah and Rob.
With it being early summer and the days becoming very long, Sarah & Rob asked me to stay later than the first dance which turned out to be a great decision as the most incredible sunset unfolded. We walked down past the entrance to Dovecliff Hall Hotel to a field where the grass was long and the back-lit sun shone through the dew creating the most amazing photos for Sarah & Rob. What a top day being a Dovecliff Hall hotel wedding photographer, and looking forward to my next one at this venue. A massive congrats to Rob & Sarah, thank you for having me.
