What a great wedding day Natasha and David had and I personally thoroughly enjoyed myself doing their Peruga at Woodheys wedding photography. I had done an engagement shoot for Natasha and David earlier in the year and I knew what a great couple they were and what a top day they would have.
They day started a couple of miles away from the Cheshire venue of Peruga at Woodheys. Natasha and her family had a pleasant morning getting ready for the big day and it was great to see what a close-knit family she had. The talented Lisa Simms was on bridal hair and make-up. I have worked with Lisa before and I knew she would do a great job.

It was then time for Natasha to take the short drive over the hills to get married to David. A lovely ceremony in a room with big windows overlooking the garden. One of my favoruite photos of the day is that where Natasha gives David a huge squeeze at the end of the wedding ceremony. Have a look below. Peruga at Woodhey’s made the perfect venue to get married and the photography looks great. It was then time for the reception and the entertainment.
Sam Fitton Wedding Magician
Whilst all the guests were having drinks and having a good chat. Good friend and wedding ace Sam Fitton Magician performed in front of small groups. I have seen Sam perform a couple of times now and I think I have just about worked out just the one trick. What I love the most though is the fun he creates. The guests had such a top time watching him and sometimes participating too. It made my life as a Peruga at Woodheys wedding photographer very easy, as all I had to do for a while was follow Sam around and photograph people having a good time. If you’re reading this and getting married yourself, hire Sam!
What a brilliant day it was for Natasha, David and everyone at the wedding. I thoroughly enjoyed my first time as a Peruga at Woodheys wedding photographer and I hope to return soon. If you are getting married, and are looking for a wedding photographer who shoots in a natural style, then please get in touch. A huge thank you go’s to documentary wedding photographer Paul Rogers who seconded on the day, and kindly came along as emergency help in case I had to leave the wedding as my wife was 42 weeks pregnant. Luckily I didn’t have to leave, but my wife gave birth the very next morning, and I still had the memory cards in my pocket from Natasha and David’s wedding wedding as I didn’t have time to back-up before leaving for the hospital.
If you are getting married and looking for a natural wedding photographer, then please have a look at other weddings I have photographed recently on my blog.
