It was a privilege to be asked my Michelle and Andrew to be their Hyde Bank Farm wedding photographer. An incredible day to be part of at this incredible venue.
Natural Photography at Hyde Bank Farm
Hyde Bank Farm is a knockout barn conversion in rural Cheshire, with royal roots, stunning decor and a warm, family welcome. Sitting in the heart of a resplendent, green landscape, Hyde Bank Farm is a wonderful 17th century wedding venue with stunning grounds. Built in 1655, Hyde Bank has royal connections and a convenient location that requires no need to constantly move around.
Until 1850, the farm was known as Hyde Bank Hall, the former home of the wife of King James II of England, Ann Hyde, who once lived at the Hall. In 1850, Hyde Bank Hall was split into Hyde Bank House and Hyde Bank Farm. The dazzling venue has been in the Blackhurst family since 1905. In 1990 restoration began to create the spectacular, polished wedding building that we see today. It’s a professional photographer’s dream to capture moments here.
Weddings at this incredible venue
This Grade-II listed building boasts a magnificent sandstone barn conversion, The Ann Hyde Suite, with a wonderful high ceiling, gorgeous oak beams, neutral stone walls and plush decor. The Ann Hyde Suite will be exclusively yours for the day to enjoy, with wonderful views out onto the Hyde’s resplendent, lush grounds. Your wedding vows will be exchanged on the first floor, in the superb, spacious and light wedding suite. Then it is out into Hyde Bank Farm’s resplendent gardens, for drinks on the lawn and a stroll through the grounds. The reception will be back in the Ann Hyde Suite, kicking off with a mouth-watering wedding breakfast, boasting a menu created just for you. The in-house chefs use the finest, fresh ingredients that are all locally sourced, to create the wedding breakfast menu of your choice, ensuring that it is one to remember.
When it is time for dancing and a drink or two, Hyde Bank has a roomy dance floor and a divine private bar.
