Eaves Hall Wedding Photographer – John & Holly

Eaves Hall wedding photographer

John and Holly were blessed with the most beautiful weather for their wedding. As a regular Eaves Hall wedding photographer, I thoroughly enjoy using the natural light to create photos that are both beautiful and timeless. John and Holly first got married in St. Mary Madeline church in Clitheroe by a vicar who can only be described as full of beans, which made it enjoyable to be there. We then drove on to Eaves Hall which is in the Ribble Valley of  Lancashire. I have been an Eaves Hall wedding photographer before, but this was my first time in full sun. Holly asked me to stay later into the night without John knowing because she surprised him with an awesome firework display. My camera making a rare appearance on a tripod, I aimed the camera at the sky and captured the incredible display. Shortly afterwards I took the photo above which I am super pleased with and was the perfect ending to an amazing Eaves Hall wedding.

    Danny Beattie - Hi David,

A secret fan here, I hope you don’t mind a comment from another photographer in your area… though I’m down the price and experience list a little!

Great consistency with your processing and tac-sharp images over and over again. The formals and bridal preperation shots are particularly good. Your work is great, you should definitely blog more! I’m fed up of looking through the hundreds of “wedding photographers” around Manchester that are absolute crap, finding your site was a breathe of fresh air.

    Keep it up!

David - Jo, thank you for your kind comment. I do all my detail shots with my favourite lens that constitutes about 60% of all the shots in the blog – the becoming legendary Sigma 35mm 1.4. I shoot almost the whole day at f1.4-2, however detail shots come good at about f4. Hope that helps. DavidReplyCancel

David - Hi Danny, thank you so much for your kind comments, it is so appreciated. I find myself in actually a nice position of shooting so many weddings at the moment I haven’t got time to blog. I have about 15 backed up and will get there in the end hopefully. Thanks again, good to meet up for a drink sometime if your close by.ReplyCancel

Danny Beattie - Maybe our paths will cross. I was at a wedding a few weeks back and ‘The Deltatones’ were the evenings entertainment(Two gents from Liverpool) – they mentioned that they had seen you the week before.

I envy you and your fully bookedness!ReplyCancel
